2005 Chen Xiang Lao Shou Bing
 - Lightly Fermented Aged Ripe Puerh - 30- grams

This 2005 lightly fermented shou puerh was fermented to approximately 40%, then carefully aged for over 20 years. I scored a cake of this tea on a recent trip exploring some of the Chinese tea houses up in the Vancouver area.

It's a great daily drinker with a unique amaretto flavor profile that brews up a nice red tea broth. I wanted to share a few sample sized packs with my tea community, and hopefully next time I make it up there, I'll be able to pick up a few more cakes to share.
